Having run a further 12 months of games at Xsite we now have a much better appreciation of the numbers of airsofters that comfortably fit onto the site, while still enjoying top notch games.
Throughout 2006 we experimented with numbers and have settled on 60 players as a maximum for one game scenario. We don't like splitting up groups and having two games running at once, so have made the decision to cap the players per game at 60 for full days and 35 for evening games.
It is difficult to judge the amount of players (except Hirers) at the best of times so we are now introducing a simple booking system.
There are three ways to book, but the easiest is though the excellent Forum www.airsofters.co.uk simply join the forum and go to the Xsite section, and put your name down in the date you would like to attend. A list of names will be kept there from all the booking information.
Payment is as yet not required in advance for games, but some time soon there will be a facility on the web site to do so if you so wish.
You can also phone the site office on 01494 881430 or email your details, but the list will be kept on the airsofters forum.
The Forum is also an excellent place to ask questions or put suggestions about the site.
In order to play you have to fill out a yearly disclaimer, it is there to show a player has read or been explained the site rules, fully understands them and will abide by them.
If you are 16 or under a parent or guardian must counter sign the form for you. If your parent or guardian is not dropping you off at site, you can download the form here ,get it signed and bring it with you.
