All games at any Xsite Venues are pre book only. We cap the number of players on all sites to keep game quality high.
Games are booked on a strict first come first served basis. We do not require a deposit for walk on players but do for anybody wishing to hire our equipment. Deposits are non refundable or transferable, you fail to show up and you lose your deposit. Until a deposit is paid a hire space is not confirmed.
There are three ways to book, In person at the shop, via phone or via our forum.
In person, simply state the game you wish to play, pay the deposit if you are hiring and you are confirmed.
Over the phone, state the game you wish to play, pay the deposit if you are hiring with a credit or debit card and you are confirmed.
On the forum, put your name down in the appropriate game thread. The word "confirmed" will appear under your post once the booking has been picked up by a member of staff. If you wish to hire, your name will not be confirmed (or reserved) until the deposit is paid.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL WE RESERVE OR HOLD PLACES. UNTIL A DEPOSIT FOR A HIRE IS PAID IT IS NOT CONFIRMED, EVEN IF YOU HAVE INDICATED ON THE FORUM YOU WISH TO PLAY THE PLACES ARE NOT HELD UNTIL DEPOSITS ARE RECIEVED.
Payment for walk ons is as yet not required in advance for games, unless you are on the pre pay list. You will find yourself on the pre-pay list if you cancel your place at a game less than 7 days before tha game comences or you fail to show up to a game. If you are on the list you can book by phone and pay by credit or debit card or direct at the shop with either a card or cash.

The Forum is also an excellent place to ask questions or put suggestions about the site.
In order to play you have to fill out a yearly disclaimer, it is there to show a player has read or been explained the site rules, fully understands them and will abide by them.
If you are 16 or under a parent or guardian must counter sign the form for you. If your parent or guardian is not dropping you off at site, you can download the form here ,get it signed and bring it with you.
